In the year 1977 the innovative science team of Gemini Eleven would begin the Cobalt Project, now known as The Ultramarine Experiment. This project served the purpose to finally solve the inquiry of:

“How can we truly dig into someone’s mind to tell if they are lying or telling the truth?”
